PlayPulse provides game analytics and behavior tracking services through SDK integration, dashboard analytics, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
PlayPulse and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in our services, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through our platform.
By using our SDK, you grant us permission to collect, process, and analyze gameplay data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your users.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of service interruptions, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible and may provide service credits as appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policy.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PlayPulse. We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website.
